Our rich menu consists of a line-up of typical traditional dishes, safeguarded in the historic Terranima recipe book. For each of our preparations we use only raw ingredients originating from Puglia.
Every morning we visit small farms to bring to the kitchen the healthiest and most wholesome ingredients at the base of our traditional recipes.

Our dishes
Among the top dishes, the legendary Bari potato, rice and mussel tiella, orecchiette pasta with turnip greens and orecchiette pasta with pork chop Sunday ragù sauce .
The entrees dance between the countryside and the sea, with Capocollo di Martina Franca bombette and fish from the Torre Guaccio marine reserve.
The house desserts are irresistible. The “sporcamuss” disappear quickly, rectangles of puff pastry filled with custard that leave a trace of icing sugar on your lips.

Wine list
Our wine list pays tribute to the oenological symbols of Puglia, including historic, traditional and innovative wines. Our selection also pays homage to the efforts of the small winemakers who take care of the vineyards as gardeners. In our restaurant you can also discover and taste rosoli liqueurs, brandies and artisanal grappa, for that intoxicating taste of Puglia.
